        It is made of ceramic fiber cotton as the aggregate, added with various paddings, binding agents, additives and other materials.

         

        Features:

        1. Easy and rapid construction.
        2. Strong integrity of furnace wall.

        5. Low thermal capacity.
        6. Thermal shock resistance.
        7. Good crushing strength and breaking strength.
        8. Weather proof, wear resistant and impact resistant performance.

        10. Strong adaptability to furnace atmosphere.
        11. Shorter demould time of 4-8 hours after casting and of certain hardness.

         

        Application:

        It is used for industrial furnace wall linings or the insulation of high temperature industrial furnace backings, the monolithic casting of ladle bake cover and high temperature pipe wall linings. It can also be made into prefab blocks of normal or special shapes for furnace door, kiln eye, burning nozzle brick, etc.
